Usage restrictions

All copyrights and other rights related to information and content (hereinafter referred to as "posted information") such as character designs, images, photographs, videos, music, sounds, texts, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "posted information") posted on the site belong to Medicom Toy or the rights holders who have licensed their use to Medicom Toy, and are protected by copyright laws, various treaties, and other laws and regulations. Any use (including, but not limited to, reproduction, modification, posting, distribution, licensing, sale, publication, etc.) of published information beyond the scope permitted by laws and regulations, including personal use, is prohibited without prior consent from Medicom Toy.

Membership program/point service

1. Membership rank determination and update
The Company determines membership rank based on the membership program separately determined by the Company, depending on the member's purchase history (product price including tax).
Membership rank is compiled and determined based on purchasing results for the year from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
*However, only in the first year of the membership program (from 12:00 on April 22, 2016 to 23:59 on December 31, 2016), the membership stage will move up in the following month depending on the cumulative monthly purchase amount.
Purchasing records that are subject to rank determination are limited to transactions for which "delivery completion" has been confirmed by the delivery company within the applicable period. Please note that even if the item has already been shipped, transactions that have not been delivered within the specified period will be subject to the next year's evaluation.

2. When points are awarded
Points will be awarded a few days after the delivery company confirms that the delivery has been completed.
Please note that this will not be given at the time of ordering or shipping notification, and will not be reflected immediately.

3. Use of points
As a general rule, the expiry date of points is unlimited (eternal).
However, all points held will be invalidated only if there is no product purchase history (no completed delivery transaction) in the last 3 years (36 months) at the time of annual ranking calculation.
Points for members who continue to use the service will not be lost.

4. Point expiration date
As a general rule, the expiry date of points is unlimited (eternal).
However, all points held will be invalidated only if there is no product purchase history (no completed delivery transaction) in the past three years (36 months) at the time of annual ranking calculation, etc.

5. Prohibited matters/deprivation of points
It is strictly prohibited to transfer, lend, buy or sell member ranks, points held, or purchase rights for members-only products to third parties.
If a product is canceled, or if a violation of these Terms is found, such as obtaining points by fraudulent means, the Company will revoke (invalidate) the points that were (or will be) awarded for the transaction.
In addition, in the event of malicious behavior, membership may be suspended or canceled and all points held may be invalidated.

About link sites

Third-party websites other than Medicom Toy that are linked from or to the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Linked Sites") are managed and operated at the responsibility of the operators of the respective Linked Sites, and are not under the control of Medicom Toy. Please use linked sites in accordance with the terms of use posted by each linked site. Medicom Toy is not responsible for the contents of linked sites or for any damage caused by using them.
