How to order

[About orders]

• Customers who use this site are deemed to have understood and consented to the Specified Commercial Transactions Law.

*Cancellations will not be accepted in the event of manufacturing or shipping delays.

[How to purchase]

• You can purchase even if you are not registered as a member or do not wish to register as a member. In that case, please enter your information at the time of purchase.

*Your order is not yet confirmed if it is in your cart.

Your order will be confirmed with the order confirmation email sent after completing the order procedure.

• Please note that we cannot accept combined shipping or individual shipping of items after an order has been placed.
• The server may go down if there is a high volume of access to the site. Please note that we cannot guarantee the products ordered in this case. In the unlikely event that we receive too many orders, we will cancel orders that are delayed in order confirmation time. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

[About point usage]
Members can use their points to pay for purchases, with each point valued at 1 yen.
When using points, you will be charged the amount after deducting the points used from the total price of the product, shipping fee, and consumption tax.

[Regarding cancellation]

[About reshipping the product]
If the delivery company's storage period has expired and the item is returned to you, you will be billed separately for the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee. Please note that we may not be able to respond promptly to inquiries during this time.
