About the start of the new member service “MEDICOM TOY MEMBERS” and basic rules
With the official site renewal at 12:00 on April 22, 2026, a new member service "MEDICOM TOY MEMBERS" will start. Membership rank changes depending on the annual purchase amount, and the point return rate increases as the rank increases.
To customers using the old site (MCT TOKYO)
- Customers who have registered as members on the old site (MCT TOKYO) do not need to register as new members (you can continue to use the same account).
- Purchases made on the old site from January 1, 2026 (Thursday) to April 21, 2026 (Monday) 09:59 will be reflected in the membership rank as of the program start at 12:00 on April 22 (Wednesday).
Regarding the membership rank determination period
- During the period from April 22, 2026 12:00 to December 31, 2026 23:59, the membership stage will increase in the following month according to the cumulative monthly purchase amount (tax included).
- After January 1, 2027, membership rank for the following year will be determined based on the purchase amount (tax included) of the previous year (January 1 to December 31).
“More value and fun” with membership rank
- The points you earn are 1 point = 1 yen and can be used from next time onwards when shopping at the MEDICOM TOY OFFICIAL STORE.
*We plan to gradually support the use of points at directly managed stores. Please wait for a while until the service is expanded.
“Limited time” Renewal commemorative 1,000 yen OFF coupon present
To commemorate the start of the new member service, we will be giving away a flat 1,000 yen OFF coupon for a limited time as a ``welcome coupon'' to new members and a ``renewal commemorative coupon'' to existing members.
*Renewal commemorative coupons can only be used at MEDICOM TOY OFFICIAL STORE.

When you shop at MEDICOMTOY OFFICIAL STORE (online store) or directly managed stores, you will receive 1 point for every 100 (tax included) purchased. Point return rate increases depending on rank.
As "1 point = 1 yen", you can use 1 point in advance at "MEDICOM TOY OFFICIAL STORE". We plan to gradually support the use of points at directly managed stores in the future. Please wait for a while until the service is expanded. Please note that there is an expiration date.
Regardless of membership rank, points will expire if there is no purchase for 3 years from the last purchase date.
Points will be awarded based on the membership program after the product has been shipped. Until shipping is complete, points will be counted as "points scheduled to be awarded," but they will not be taken into account when calculating membership rank, and they cannot be used when making payments.
Your membership rank will increase depending on your annual purchase amount.
