About cancellation

There is a specified quantity that can be purchased by one family, and under no circumstances will we be able to accept excess orders. note that. Regarding the order cancellation deadline

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations.
<for made-to-order products>
We will accept orders up to 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the order deadline.

We cannot accept any cancellations after the above deadline.
In the case of made-to-order products, we will tally up your order after the order deadline and begin production of the product. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding partial refunds for products that cannot be shipped to countries
Regarding overseas shipping of products, there are some products that cannot be shipped to some countries/regions due to sales license issues.
Therefore, if you have ordered one of these items, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will cancel only the item in question, adjust the shipping charge to the correct amount, and confirm your payment.

Handling of points when refunding/cancelling
In the unlikely event that a cancellation or return occurs (including due to our circumstances), points will be handled strictly as follows.

In the unlikely event that a cancellation occurs after points have been awarded, and the customer's point balance is insufficient because the points have already been used for another purchase, etc., the amount equivalent to the missing points (1 point = 1 yen) will be deducted from the refund amount and the amount will be refunded.
