30th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION (general lottery)
MEDICOM TOY has celebrated its 30th anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, we will be selling a limited number of commemorative products by lottery. Add the products you are interested in to your cart and enter the lottery. It is also possible to apply for multiple products at once.

About application
- MEDICOM TOY OFFICIAL from 11:00 on Saturday, July 25, 2026 You can apply for lottery sales at STORE. (You can apply either at the venue or online.) *You can proceed to the application page from each product page.

- You can apply for multiple products with one application. However, you can only apply once per product.
- Immediately after the start of applications and right before the deadline, access may be concentrated and it may be difficult to use the site. Please note that the probability of winning will not change depending on the timing within the application acceptance period, so please apply with plenty of time.
- Our company cannot be held responsible if you are unable to apply due to communication environment or system failure. Thank you for your understanding.
Entering customer information and verifying your identity
- The application is valid only for the person in question. Please be sure to apply with your name and the address where you can receive the product.
- When applying, please enter your name, address, phone number, email address, and other required information accurately.
- To prevent fraudulent applications, we cannot accept changes to customer information after the application has been completed, or changes due to procedural flaws. *Each lottery product is scheduled to be shipped around September 2026. If you plan to move by then, please enter your new address.
Regarding payment/settlement when applying for the lottery
- Payment methods that can be used during the lottery are credit card, PayPal, PayPay, and Apple. Pay, Google It will be Pay. Thank you for your understanding. *Credit cards are VISA, Mastercard, American Only Express is available.
- At the time of application, we will authorize your credit card to confirm its validity. Depending on the card company, a usage notification may be displayed temporarily, but the payment will only be made if you win.
- If the payment procedure is not completed successfully after winning, the winning may be invalidated.
Regarding announcement of lottery results
- The winning results will be notified to the email address you registered at the time of application around mid-August 2026, regardless of whether you are selected or not.
- If you use domain-specific reception, etc., please check your settings in advance to ensure that you can receive emails from us.
- We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the lottery results.
About delivery and receipt of products
- We cannot accept changes or transfers to the shipping address after the application is completed.
- We do not accept requests for transfer to delivery companies or pick-up at delivery offices.
- If you are unable to receive the item due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the item, we will not be able to reship it.
Regarding transfer, resale, and fraud prevention
- If the Company determines that there is fraud, such as multiple applications by the same person or applications with false information, the application may be invalidated.
- Transfer, resale, or exchange of winning rights for cash is strictly prohibited.
Forfeiture of rights and disclaimers regarding cancellations and returns
- We cannot accept cancellations due to customer circumstances after application has been submitted.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
- Contents regarding lottery sales are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
